Ive used a defibrillator before and I can tell you the % of success it has is fairly low. :p I wish I had a medal for the successes. :)"Crunch's First Officer"

They should have awards for stunt-driving and stunt flying, and of course, awards for colourful ways of killing people (i.e: rolling a car down a hill on top of someone, landing on someone with a helicopter, Jihad-Jeeping an infantry unit.)Comment

For stunts, would be almost impossible for EA to give a medal for it. Maby the computer wont reconize it as a stunt and you do it numerious times.Comment

maybe for defib kills cuz those are so much harder than knife kills cuz when you get em out to shock someone sometimes theyre not charged all the way and the rest of the times you miss and get killed in the 20 min that they take to rechargeComment

Badges and ribbons for high vehicle-whoring-team-kill count (killing team-mates in driver's seats or aircraft/helo cockpits, and then taking their vehicles).
Something for always driving off with an empty transport, and doesn't pick up passengers crying out for a pickup.
Something for people who do nothing but sit there waiting for a tank or aircraft/helo. (I've seen rounds where almost half a team on a 32 player server were waiting for all the aircraft, helos and tanks to spawn, and losing that round because they 'helplessly' watch an opposing team take over everything as they wait for vehicles and aircraft to spawn).
And something for commanders who hardly command, and do everything else BUT command.
Something for Stat Reset incursions.
I suppose instead of ribbons and badges, these should be more like dishonorable blemishes on an person's BF2 record :p.
In addition to that- those stats and records can be used to filter out unwanted players from servers that don't tolerate that or certain crap. Kind of like having to fulfil certain requirements or having a good record in order to enter some of the more... 'premium' servers.Comment

I have 1 paddle kill...and I was so happy to get it...even if it was an accident.
I was following a buddy of mine...he gets took down by some guy peeking around a corner...I guess he didnt see me...So he turns and starts firing the other way...I dive to revive my buddy but waited to long to dive and ended up right in front of him (The shooter) he turns back tword me...and forgetting I have paddles in my hand...I "fire"...BZZZZZZZZZZT dead WooT! I'm so retartedComment
