    1.41 patch probs.

    yo, i installed the 1.41 patch on my comp, and now BF2 runs really slow and weird, and sometimes the background music on the main menu doesnt play, and some of the boxes on the main menu appear colorful... its incredibly laggy as well. any suggestions?

    i'm connected wirelessly @ about 54 mbps...
    but i dont think its the internet connection...

    i'm trying to avoid an uninstall/install, but if i have to do it, i will...

      the buttons usually go funny color if you are loading a game and Alt-Tab out and back.

      Music plays if you give it volume in the AUDIO menu. If you give it no volume but you switch games (from SF to BF2 Vanilla) You will get the music again for that first game as it bypasses your audio volume settings.

          Make sure its allowed on your firewall if you just installed the patch restart your computer
