i've had the game since September and i've successfully patched the game, 1.4 and 1.41 went fine with no problems. up until yesterday the game played well with no problems at all. i simply tried to play today, i usually go through xfire, and the game wouldn't start up. so i tried not using xfire and i got this error message: "his application has failed to start because DICE_PY.DLL was not found."
i've been looking through these forums and it seems people got this problem when patching, but i've gone through all the patches with no problem. how does this file just disappear and how can i fix this? i'm out of ideas. help, please.
