Whenever i try to log into Battlefield 2 it come's up saying ''the server has refused your connection''?

Are you on wireless? Can you log into your EA account from the EA website? Are you running any programs that may hinder internet communications like Zone Alarms or other seciruty software?

I have access to the internet and every website, i think it may be a security thing, NO i dont have wireless either.

I notice my internet is going a bit sluggish, don't know why though.
I can still play cs:source.

Restart your computer make sure Bf2 is allowed on your windows firewall and your other firewalls if you have them/should have them
