Hey guys, I'm looking into getting a new joystick for flying helo's and planes. What do some of you guys use and love to fly with? I was looking at the X52 from saitek. What do you guys think about that setup?
I prefer the X45 to the X52. For me, it's more sturdy. The X45 has a rocker on the throttle as opposed to a twist stick. I like that setup too. Also, Saitek released rudder pedals for those with bucks and a taste for a little more realism to the feel of flight.
Thanks for the responses. I'll start looking for the Logitech 3d-pro. That seems to be the best all-around as far as price and performance. Also I started to practice using the keyboard and mouse on helicopters, and it's not that hard. Thanks again!
