Don't you have to spend like 3 minutes in a parachute to get the Airborne Ribbon? How do you do that?

Go really high and then bail and press 9 quickly and wait 10 seconds and you got it.

BF2C has a practice map that has a spawn point at 10K for practicing HALO jumps....

you fall for ~30 seconds before seeing the ground!

I got bored and gave up at that point, took something like 10 minutes to get that high, could have just gone on and on but my hand was dying by that point.
