Receiving a warning should be the first and foremost event to occur as the result of such a misdemeanor. An immediate kick should only take place if one were to intentionally teamkill or attack a main -- providing it is stated in the rules that doing so is prohibited.

100% of administration actions should have relation to the server message or an auto-message. If your "wrongful crime" isn't displayed in either of these two places, it (the kick or ban) can certainly be considered an unjustified act on behalf of the admin(s).

In other words, you should not have gotten kicked in the way you described it.

hearin only his side of the story we never know....he might have been commander, spammng the radio as he teamkills everyone on his team, while driving the tank inside a building where he exploited and stat padded with his buddy in there....all while spouting off racial slurs and offensive insults and swears for ten rounds straight......

im not saying that happened......but with only one side of the story, it very well may have

I am actually shocked anybody would be upset because somebody is crouching up and down on their dead internet body....what the crap guys. If you get offended by that......wow. just my personal opinion! I personally do not have time to "teabag" anybody unless its somebody I know! Then it is worth taking the time to rag on him a bit. But to get offended? And to kick? wow

I visited a Special Forces server earlier. It was a smaller server...only had 20/32 playing in it. I was on top of the leaderboard for 3 rounds in a row. On the fourth round, the admin kicked me after I knifed and teabagged him.
Server admins should know better than to kick people just because they are getting owned.
I understand that being teabagged is humiliating, but that's why I do it. How about instead of kicking me, the admin comes and tries to kill me and return the favor? Sure, maybe I was acting like an asshat, but seriously, 70% of the BF2 community act like clowns. That's what makes the game fun for me every time I play. It's just teabagging!

p.s. taunting is part of gaming as long as it doesn't get out of hand with verbal abuse. EA even gave Veterans a Taunt to use when you kill somebody

9 times out of 10 when I get "tea bagged" it is by a guy that I have killed 5, or 6 times in a row, & I just laugh
