Something I've not managed before

Well I've been using the F35 a lot lately (getting good scores in it is a lot more satisfying then ones with the J10 etc) and I've been enjoying some good runs as long as the J10 and Mig (dependant on map) stay on the ground. So today, I was playing on wake as USA and we had airfield and all the PLA were going for it so I was strafe firing and randomly dropping bombs and circling around to give our armour and ground troops some help with defending when lo and behold this happened.

Never managed it with a fighter before, well never even tried, only done it with the bombers which is pretty easy. Thought I'd take a SS and share this with you.

i and many others do that all the time by dropping bombs on the assets. im surprised you have a rank that high and havent done that before

My feet normally stay on the ground mate. Like I said, I've done it loads in bombers but never a fighter.

Cool, I'm a ground pounder myself and didn't know a fighter's bombs could do enough damage to destroy commanders toys.

TV missiles take 2 hits on an asset to destroy it
Bomber's laser-guided missiles take one hit to destroy an asset
I think it takes two bombs from a fighter jet to destroy an asset, both direct hits

yup, not so sure on 2 tv missile hits tho, i tried with a chopper and couldnt get the uav trailer to blow no matter how many times i hit it.

I routinely destroy the uav trailer with tv missiles. it usually takes 2 hits, but sometimes 3.

i knew it could be done, ive done it with bombers, but never fighters. I guess its possible to do if your really trying, or get lucky.

off topic: how do u get that yellow text that says "kill damage assist" and tells u how many points u get in paranthesis? Im guessing it has to do with admins?

Do a search for localisation files and you will find your answer.
