Can a 1.4 bf2demo file be played with 1.41?

ive saved 2 .bf2demo files (created with 1.4 patch) to the demo folder but when i try to load the files in the community bit it crashes to desktop?

is it because of the patch? or am i missing a program to play it?

You need have to patch your bf2 back to 1.4 to play those demo files.

yep....BattleRecorder files are not compatible version to version....
