mouse problem

hi guys
im having a problem,when i alt tab out of bf2 i loos my mouse,it is there,but invisible,i can tell by moving it around, also if i hit the tab key in bf2 to see the score's the mouse seems like it has a mind of its own,it moves around the screen and i feel like i have no control,but in the main gamplay screen it is fine,any help on this one?i did a fresh reinstall of bf2 also last night and it is still the same

that seems to me that its a graphics sort of problem.
When you alt-tab, the game is actually still there just the interface is disabled and your desktop overrides the screen. (just thought i'd add that)
