Lol i hear that chant like every few rounds i play in, especially in karkand. It can be quite funny in really random situations but it worked against me the other day....

I was flying the USMC chopper over near the hotel and my gunner spams like 5 times enemy boat spotted...i ignore him thinking hes joking and they both escape to cap the hotel our last surviving flag, aswell as us losing the points... (we got artyed trying to cap city entrance)....moral of the story?

always listen to 'enemy boat spotted' comos in a amp containing water

Noob gunners/pilots only bug me if you try to help them and they totally blow you off by not listening. For example one guy I had piloting for me, I was typing in team chat "HELICOPTER BEHIND US!" nothing, so I type it in squad chat so its green "HELICOPTER BEHIND US!!!!!!" nothing ok maybe he doesnt see it so I talk on squad "Helicopter behind us, turn around" still nothign then boom were dead.

Maybe the pilot got your messages but doesn't know how to make a tight 180 degree spin. Few can type "got it, ok!" when making a turning manuever.
