ok so the other day i cleaned out my comp of anything i diddnt need and wen i went to play 2142 i got a cd-key error so i had to fix that which i did and today i finally got a chance to idle in my clans server and i went to press join server and right when i pressed it i crashed to desktop. i started back up and changed my vid settings from low to medium (can run high with no prob) and i crashed to desktop and all of those times i got no error message cuz i ran in windowed mode every time, i reely dont want to reinstall because im afraid i will not re install it so does anyone know the answer?

i use to have a lot of ctds, but the 1.41 patch seemed to fix it for me. and also, when joining a server, i would wait like 20 seconds after the join game button appears and then join -
