Lol, I would fly against mettalica if I ever saw him....would prefer being in the MIG though, it is my favorite plane to fly. Although most of my flying time is the pilot of a bomber....or just cruising around aimlessly on an empty server... its kind of peaceful when theres no one shooting at you.

Mettalica, do you ever play unranked? thats where most of my time is spent these days.

Good job exposing those hackers BTW, I remember tha green beret, he was a jerk all the time to. Killed him 3 times with an AT rocket in one round once. On the runway, not in the air.

Yeah i'm part of BF2C. I play unranked all the time. Lately, more unranked than ranked.

So... I look at the players, and I notice someone named ambv160 or something.. A previous hacker that I caught/found out about...

So I got a little suspicious..

I went to the essex to shoot the guy down, and as I was running to it... shot + killed... like 1 bullet from the jet, and I didn't even see him...

I spawned in, and right as I spawn in, cannon.. dead.

Spawn in again... dead from the cannon pretty much instantly with a couple bullets dead on accurate from far away.

So I said "whats that hacker doing in your clan... wouldn't be surprised if you did the same.."

So he goes on to say that neither of them hack.. I said I saw the guy on punksbusted and he kept denying it..

Spawn in again, but this time jump down to the lower level... I was sure he was hacking, but this was just to get it 100%. I go prone and hide in the little corner under the jet. BAM dead.. cannons.. same deal.

So after that I said a few things and left the server..

Sure enough...

So far every person I have ever even suspected of hacking, has turned out to be true.. EVERY time.

There are so many hackers in this game now.. I'm tired of this.. I'm probably done with BF2, or at least playing in public servers..

That's so disappointing. I use to play against him quite a bit and just thought he was a great player

. I hope there is just some mistake here, but shooting you on random parts of the aircraft carrier screams hack to me as well. Even on my best days of spamming spotted while flying I can only occasionally pick out and shoot individual soldiers on the ground. And even then I waste 50+ rounds to get him.

Yeah.. the proof is right there. Just like tha_green_beret.

Yeah I actually try to hold back on wake... because I have so much (too much :laugh:) time on that map, I know every inch of it. The one thing I know really well is the common spots/hiding spots/commonly travelled routes/spawn points... combined with the fact that since I know the map good, I can look on the minimap and now I know exactly where they are, so I can often kill people by getting lucky.. with like the first couple bullets.. and really surprise myself...

But only on wake.

I know what is, and isn't possible. I can kill multiple infantry with one pass flying low with my cannon, but that is because my sensitivity is high and my joysticks spring is modified to be weak... I can adjust really fast.

You wait until you see them, and then aim/fire and get back so you won't crash...

Hackers on the other hand, get lined up ahead of time, and they normally "snipe" people with their cannon, sometimes you can't even see them. It has happened to me alot, and I always catch those ****ers... every time. Sometimes not even that.

If you suspect someone of hacking and they are in the jet... watch them with their cannon. If you are in some not-so-common area, and they are lined up with you perfectly already as they are coming into view, and they kill you... they might be hacking.

That's how you can tell really... if they are already lined up, or if it's one of those last second jerky type of things.

BF2 is just going down the s***ter and it's turning into counterstrike where it's overrun by hackers.

I have found, down here on the ground, I NEVER see hacks. Maybe a few suspicious head shots, but the I respawn and get over it.

The more jets dying the better I say.....
