Really Bad Graphics

Hi there, I am new to BF2 so I might seem like a complete noob but I know a bit about computers, I downloaded the BF2 demo and I went to play it and the graphics are awfull, there's a jagged edge effect on everything! I just put it down to having settings on the lowest so I changed my visual settings to the max with AA to 6x and then restart the game as it asks. I go back onto single player and still the jagged edge effect!!! I've attached screenshots and my computer specs, it's probably something really stupid that I've missed but it's annoying, besides that I love the game. Thanks for assistance.

It's a 15 inch flat screen.


UPDATE: Have fixed the problem, changed the settings on my graphics card to let the application decide the AA and AF so it looks smooth now, gonna buy the game soon.
