My log day 6:

6 days without the internet, im forced to use the school computers to access my e-mails, BF2 is sat looking at me, eating away at my mind, i cant even test my custom made maps, no internet connection......

No internet make me go something...something....

7 more days with no net, the trial begins....:cry:

I went without a PC last week because of a dead mobo and I really wanted to tear my hair out!

It can't be that bad.....

it depends, i used to be addicted to the internet (lol) playing browser based games 16hrs a day 7 days a week maybe more those were the days where the main form of contact between people was using mIRC being on 3 servers and in an average of 10 channels on each perhaps even using MSN/Icq and the good old sms

Just got reconnected, didnt have the net for 3 months. No playing, no intraweb. Lots of intraweb connections lost. 2 weeks is a breeze. You find yourself either getting bored as hell, or doing stuff you didnt do before. I started working out again. And I used the empty unused time to write up some stuff (extra 1+ bonus pts for my English).

I went for 6 months when I didnt have the internet in FL, didnt have the money for it. Then, I realized that...my GF had the internet at her college dorm room...and a computer that could run COH...and I found myself staying there more than my apartment....oh and having company after I got done with COH at 5 in the morning was nice to.

As long as you don't commit suicide it's alright. One time I've been without a PC for one month after it got infected with that Blaster virus. It isn't bad if you got other things to do..

Day 7:

The stupid School Computers have now Blocked Hotmail, in another 6 days my inbox will be overflowing with junk...

I have nothing else to do but keep creating BF2 maps to attempt to quench my BF2 thirst, but so far it has had no effect.

Im not concerned with not playing BF2 for long lengths of time as ive gone 2 months with no game play during my pc malfunction period.

But with no net, thats the hardest thing of all, the worst, i cant talk with my GF regularly, i get to talk to her about 10 mins a day over the phone, which is not enough for me....

6 days left, No internet make me go something something,,,,,

try living in a third world country, where i had to wait 1 and a hhalf years get aprroved to use dial up.

THEN, 2 months later I get 256 KBPS internet.

that sucks
