Actually, the mod is 21st Century Warfare: Australian Allied Forces (http://www.australianalliedforces.com/). I recognise the minimap and ammohud background from regular 21CW. That coupled with the Australian flag and the tags of one of the 21CW:AAF divisions means that's what it's from
