That's the cemetary sex cave.

In that same cemetary is an open grave, and time to time again you should see an dead parachute jumper in it(it once almost landed on top of me).

Apperantly he experiences an parachute fail and falls to his grave...

There should also be suicide jumpers(i don't mean when you throw people down from the bridge) in the game, but i haven't found any.

What i have read, the suicide jumpers should be found around high buildings. But i personally haven't seen one...
