It's probably reading in some extra textures that were not supposed to be used, something they decided to take out last minute like the laser range finder, etc.

Definitely video card/driver problem. Maybe not enough power, too hot, or bad driver install.

I'm betting the soldiers had (before they released the game) watches on, and when they did their idle animations, you could see it.

There is nothing wrong mate.

is a stupid driver issue, I had it to on mine ATI800Xl of the drivers 6.8/6.9 and 6.10 but 6.11 fixed for me.

Yeah that's a strange problem man, I would try other drivers then. How did that 7600GT ran then? You never experienced problems before I guess..

It's definitely a video card problem. Exact same thing (minus he casio watch ) happened to me. I took out one of my 7800GTX's and it fixed the problem straight away.

It looks like some textures from a different game got mixed into BF2 :P
