    Re: Joystick question

I've got a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro and it works fine it's made perfectly for the arcade styl of BF2. It's not famous for it's durability though. Mine is perfectly fine. But I heard stories of other people who had needed it calibrated in a few weeks?

Nah Extreme 3D pro is well worth the money.

I am on my second one. I bought the first one maybe in November 05, and it broke around August 06 if I can remember right. And I am a jet/chopper whore so I use it every time I play.. and then I bought a new one, and now it is still going strong.

One thing I have done though, is I modded my spring so it isn't as stiff. It's actually pretty loose. Just enough so it returns to center strong.

And on top of that, I have my sensitivity all the way up.. So I can really do rolls and react really fast.. etc.

          Re: Joystick question

Ive had 2 Logitech Extreme Pros. I really like the joystick but im frustrated by the little amount of usage I get before it breaks. Both broke after 3 months. I just ordered a Saitek and will see how it holds up. Ill say this, the logitech has been the most comfortable, easy to use, well priced joystick ive ever had.

            Re: Joystick question

See before i used to be a total consle person so i bought a controler but the problem with it was that if i wanted to fly with it and the left joy stick UP ment to fly UP then i would fly down and DOWN ment up and no matter what i did it was always like that if i wanted the UP to make me fly down it would be that way and DOWN to make me fly up it would be that way almost as if it was always inverted only to the way i did not want it i probley make no sence right now lol but anyway i think you get it.. So now i like the key board and mouse but im still not as good as i want to be in a plane or heli.
