Yes, there is a bar above all of your account names. It says Prefix, as long as your clan tag is 6< then you can put it there...

GlobalSettings.setNamePrefix "PREFIX" <- edit to whatever you want

There is just a box in the log in screen of bf2 and type in the tag or whatever and your good to go.

Its better to edit it with the global con file you can add different stuff
