What Happened to the SVD?

The SVD is the MEC's new favorite weapon. People get gold round after round with crazy K/D's using the SVD nowadays... is it a glitch, am I imagining it, or did it get a lot better over the recent patches??

but did it take you 18 monthes to consider that the SVD of MEC is de best middle/long range semi sniper weapon against noobs

even on close combat it's pwn, pfff.

Not to offend you, but I have spent A LOT! of time as a sniper and the SVD has never been the "pwn", until... now....

The SVD IS the "pwn", if you know how to use it. HS = 1 kill or 3 hits = 1 kill, way faster to kill someone than the m24 or l96.

thanks for the bump

when i found out about the svd and where to aim,i used it more,and it's a dam effective rifle imho.

im still a bolt action sniper myself but i do like the svd on urban maps.

it can give some nice killing spree's if kept around 150m

no dount there are players that hack with it(shame)

personaly i dont use it to mutch,but i will have the odd round using svd only

I'm not one to call hacks but I saw a guy today named <owned>DOC that had a new account who was killing 3 and 4 people in a row with the SVD firing as fast as possible. My guess is that its the same guy. Trash.

Well there is some people were it is just pure skill and some like you guys have siad it is hacking so it is a 50-50 chance if you get killed by a"lucky" shot.
