Texture Tool?

ive heard of this newly released tool that instantly fills you terrain with texture. I think it was on bfeditor. Ive searched the forums but found nothing. Now after all those problems ive had id like to give the editor another shot, so can someone give me a link to download this program AND explain to me how to use it. Thanks in advance, much appreciated

I'm having a texture problem too...
But mine is worse
When I paint the terrain in BF2ModEditor Everything seems allright,
but when I play the map, The ground is black and only in the distance there's some bright field...
And when I get to those places, It turns dark too...
The shadow isn't correctly adjusted, but it can't go that far, now can it??
