Blackhawk down vs BF2 (movie)

hi everyone

i cant watch more than 5 mintues of the movie Blackhawk down before i get serious BF2 cravings.

its (Blackhawk down) so much like bf2....apart from the enemy being somalian of course....and the street fighting is so much like karkand/sharqi/mashtuur

i play mostly infantry in bf2 and would love to try taking flags with a dedicated blackkhawk flying over my squad giving cover and enemy sit reps.

that movie "behind enemy lines" is good too , so is "flight of the intruder"

anyone else have a "BF2 type" movie ?

Yeah Blackhawk Down is a good movie. Also watch Saving Private Ryan and not really a movie but Band of Brothers.

yea movies always make me itch to play games. thats why i put a tv next 2 my pc. saving private ryan- medal of honor

glad to see i'm not the only one who puts a war movie on tv while playing bf2

the other night i put david gilmours last album on while "BF2'ing" and ended up playing like hawkeye peirce from mash and just ran around saving lives :laugh:

Everytime I watch BHD I get the urge to get on BF2 and let my machine gun do the talkin'.

Just like that new series "Dogfights" makes me want to play IL-2.

Everytime I watch blackhawk down I just want to turn off my T.V., and go burn Bf2. Then keep watching cause it's a good movie.

i demand modern war movie lol
movie based on WWII not my cup of tea :P
