    Let me correct myself...

    I made a post earlier in the week about my video card messing up...

    Well, I play Call of Duty 2, Starwars Battlefront 2 and Battlefield 2....

    After 15 minutes to an hour of play on BF2, everything starts turning black, the text in the game is all little black squares and right after that happens, the game crashes... I have no problems playing the other games. I also played the Company of Heroes demo and am buying it tomorrow... so it shouldnt mess up either.

    But my question is, what is causing Battlefield 2 to all of a sudden after a year of play start messing up like that...

    btw, I have a ATI Viper 9600XT 256mb.

          Idk if it could be the fan or not.... I ran BF2 with it open and the fan spun so I guess its ok... ive had the card for a while and played bf2 since jan.06.

          I keep it cleaned as well but is there any place I could get something for the card like another fan or something that would help with the cooling?

              If you have heating problems your graphics will start to spaz out alot or your pc will reboot
