1.41 patch video problem.

after i installed the patch i started to get big patches of black on the hills and ground. the screen also started to hurt my eyes after playing for 20 minutes or so. i have a 6800gt and was using a 83?? driver. i switch to the 77.30 and the screen didn't hurt my eyes anymore but i did get black back ground is a few places. but not at some of the places i was getting it before. i just downloaded the 84.25's and i'm going to give them a shot. anyone else have this problem? or know of a driver that will fix the problem.

ps: it's not a heat problem. i played for 8 hours the day before i installed the patch. first game after i installed the patch i got the black ground and hills.

video is short for video card. i'll edit the post.

well the 84.25 didn't fix the problem

update

found out it wasn't the drivers. when i installed the patch it set all my setting to high. i reinstall the patch and ran everying at high and everything was fine. so i lower the setting to what i like to run so i can see the best. then it was BACK. found out that if i run TERRAIN at low i get the black mounds and hills and ground. i set it at med and all is fine again.

also, wat is ur refresh rate on ur monitor? if u have a crt monitor @ 60hz, it will hurt ur eyes after a while.

100hz it doesn't hurt my eyes after i changed the video driver.
