Will going from a 257mb video card to a 128mb have any effect on BF2 on my computer.

About the only thing that may happens is you will need to lower a few settings.

^ That's the key question. Memory size difference of 128mb is much less important than memory speed, vpu core speed, and the technology platform its built on.
