Video problems.

I can't play any video on Winamp, windows media player or quicktime.
Everytime I do my comps goes really slow that it freezes.
I got all the right drivers, updates, ect.
Any solutions?

Delete this registry entry....
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\.avi\shel lex\PropertyHandler

Edit: start, run, type... regedit and browse to that entry and delete it.
Its safe but back up your registry first if you dont believe me

I just edited my post.
Goto start then run, then 'type' regedit then browse to that entry and delete it

The delete button is not highlighted. I cant press it.

yes, that i can delete, but it says "Unable to delete all specified values"

'Right' click where it says default and then delete, should then look like this... value not set..
