Loosing connection lots

I am in the middle of a game, about 3-5 mins in and all of a sudden i loose connection, but then i try to reconnect and it says i loose connection as soon as the join game button apprears. After about 2-3 times of trying to connect to a server the game crashes back to the desktop. I close all unnecasary background progammes, and my O/S is a good one.
Is this a connection problem? I am using wireless broadband and the two anttenas are like next to each other. I dont know what to do to be honest and what might be causing this, as its really tedious.

Yes it is the wireless. Go hardwire. Wireless can work but no matter what you are saying regarding proximity, wireless can have latency issues and a lot of gamers agree that hardwire is the only way to go.

And please, it's losing, not loosing.
