    Voice Buddy 3

Last looked for something re: this program around 9/27/06. Despite the enormous popularith of BF2 and what I surmbise is a reasonable amount of popularity of VB3, there is virtually no discussion anywhere re: plans to create a profile bridgeing the two programs. Just thought I'd raise the topic again to see if anyone has any new info since my last post. Thanks in advsnce for your replies.

I always thought that Voice Buddy was a program that you could assign functions to. Used mostly in Flight Sims were you would say "Gear Down" to your microphone and the Flight Sim would put your gear down.

      I might be wrong though.

VB3 do flight sim and I understand does it quite nicely. But it also does a number of several FPS and of those it does it does quite quickly in terms of command implentation. So for example changing from one weap to another or moving from one position to another or just about any other command can be quickly and accurately voice implemented. Examples say your running and say "drop" next thing you know your crawling prone or you have a sniper rifle and say pistol next thing you know you have that weapon in your hand.

There are any number of user configurable commands, even, probably key macro possiblilities. VB is not in the communications genere like TeamSpeak and does not do that. It is not the only voice activation program out there. It is just that I had heard it was good and wanted to find out if any BF2 users had tried it out, what they thought of it and what if any resources (eg profiles) or usability info they might have avalialble.

Again any info would be helpful. Thanks.

You can hit a key ten times faster than you can get a word out of your mouth.
