I dont agree with that because once in a while you will get a legitamate hacker and someone spots them out and gets kicked?

I see what your saying, but at the end of the day it is the admins job to spot them and also take PB screens of people.

If someone genuinly thought someone was hacking then they wouldn't say "omfg noob u haxorr!11!!111" or "no way, impossible" etc etc". Actually it would be more the case of "admin, I think someone might be hacking, can you look into it".

Not coming out the way it did in my head but I think you understand what I'm trying to get across.

The list of possible cheats for BF2 is quite long...
Imagine that punkbuster would not be here to hardwareban these cheaters...
just emagine what the game would be like without...

Umm....played BF2 for almost 800 hours so far. I have yet to see any hackers playing this game. Maybe I'm having too much fun to pay attention to that stuff?

gr8 to know man to many ppl cry hacker at lads or girls.
i was called a hack for taking a gunner out of a tank when it was moving.
was just not rushing and luck but ppl seem to think it was to much luck.
was running fraps at the time and had some lagg,still got him but
using hacks is no better than getting an award by flying jets or commanding in my eyes.
i may not have many but their all got using the kit .
and thats what rmatters to me i dont care about who knows it i do .
awards and stats were the making and braking of bf2
its still a gr8 game and at the end of the day and the point is to have fun.
makes me glad to see somebody who has so much fun.
keep it up m8 and hope ya always do .

Your history shows almost to the date when the cheating is started...

That's not entirely true. Some people take time off. Sometimes they come back and start owning. KDR doesn't always show you are a hacker. If someone is concentrating on getting the War College riboon, always playing as commander, his KDR can skyrocket, because of ARTY kills. Doesn't mean he's a hacker.

Here is how you can tell someone is a hacker. If you start repeatly getting gunned down by jets and choppers when you're conceled in cover, way away from flag radius and no UAV or even commander on enemy side. Those hackers know where you are at all times and don't need the commander to find you. Also, if you're commander and you see a supply box drop near someone, who uses it, and you know you didn't drop it.

i dont think this is true, im not very good if u look at my stats. i played a little last year at this time in the school year then spring came around and i stopped then i started again. anyway im not a very good gunner in helos, id say ok. but sometimes u can just spot people randomly not near the flags, specially when u ahve a goood pilot. theres been a lot of times i didnt see the person but the pilot lined me up and i got em. if that makes any sense.

Yah saw some commander I think who was hacking on the other team; been awhile since I have seen this kind of abuse where they keep spawning supply, cars over and over.

Screenshots of the game in progress and it is the other teams commander; whether this does anything.

what makes you think that =CF= battleseeker83 was the hacker???
just because he was the opposing commander doesnt mean he was hacking, from what I been reading, you dont have to be a commander to drop cartillery

Oops sorry maybe I should have worded it different; sorry just forgot since I usually play on more legit servers and haven't seen it in awhile. CF guys are good players and server; I have no problem with them

Obviously the =CF= guy would not do that since that is their server I believe and all of their guys around.

I looked at that video and those screenshots, and I just don't see how that could make the game fun. It would give me a headache pretty quick though.


But since were on the topic of Hacks...

Who can make me an "Instant Victory" hack? I just want one that instantly blows up all the opponents on the map, and gives me the first place score and award in every category.

That way when I'm getting owned, I can really show them! :evil:

I've been kicked for little reason too. Sucks... but it'd never happen if people didn't cheat.

I hate it when people use the term 'hack'... it's cheating because the great majority of people doing it just got it from someone else.
