Help. Crashing!

I have recently downloaded a few maps of the internet and put them into the 'Levels' folder of my BF2 directory, but now when i try to load one of those maps it crashes after it loads eveything, usually when it says 'verifiyong client data' or something like that. Does anyone know what i can do to fix this?

if it was a published map, it shoulddnt have an error like that. youll need to contact the mapper who made it. Unless you wanna try to fix it yourself.

the other suggestion i have. try setting your video settings to medium and then loading it.

If you are trying to play it in single player, and the map does not support bots it wont work. If you want to try it out, try making a local server.
