Need help upgrading RAM so this game will run better...

Right now I have:
P4 3ghz HT, 1 GB DRR2 and a 6600GT 128mb.

I have two 512mb DDR2 PC2-5300 and no slots available, and im goping to sell them and buy two 1GB, and also a 7900 (dunno which model of it), im not going to bother witht the G80'sfor a while.

What type of RAM do I NEED? Im having trouble with that and because I have a japanese model computer with english windowsXP,it cant tell what I need at Crucial system scan.

i used CPUZ program.
it said : Max Bandwith: pc2 4300 266mhz

Timings : Frequency : 200-266-266

MOBO model: RC410-SB450
Chipset: ATI RS400/RC400/RC410

For manufacturer its just blank for some reason. So, what do i need?

Also, is the upgrade to 2GB really worth it? Will i see any performance boost?
And how does this game look at max settings IYO (in your opinion)

hmm that MOBO model: RC410-SB450 is the ATi graphics

It has Xpress 200 grphics built in but i put a 6600GT in.

i know but a few of motherboards would use that onboard graphics, so trying to find something to search for gives many results

$200-250 im planning on getting 2 GB AND a 7900 for like $600. Ive seen 7900's getting cheap lately.

Does it have to be PC2 Ram? I live in japan ATM but i can order it in canada and get my dad to bring it back over when he goes there.

Actually, Ill get it here since theres gonna be like $45 tax on it in canada.
