Rank Is Not Correct

HEllo i am martijn,

I have a problem with me rank, i have 24.000 points and al the requirements but i just don't go up a rank. And now it's taking to long have this like a month or so. I have installed the new patch, nothing changed. (1.41)

I called bf2 helpcentre, the are hopeless there, Cant talk good dutch, i am dutch. So it was just wait on they new patch. Now i have a patch and it is still not working.

does anyone have a idee?????

Me thinks you are talking about First sergeant...........U needed to get all the basic combat badges BEFORE 20000 to get that rank...If you didnt you are Master Sergeant instead...ENJOY, next promotion 50000

if you got over 20,000 points without all of the basic badges, you dont get promoted
