Well that german text can be viewed in a male(Text für männlichen Spieler) or female (Text für weibliche Spielerin) version. It is the link at the end of the text box. Apparently you pressed the female version of it :)

Yea but that doesn't help some people with stalking other players, that seems to be pretty big around this community.
