I cant install BF2..

I just got a new PC.

I have just installed BF2142 and love playing it with all the graphics on full.

So i wanted to try out BF2.

For 4 days now i have tryed. And the install process stops at the same place.

I have tryed mine cd and a friend's dc. I have tryed at downloaded verson (ISO). All with the same results.

This is one try from the CD:



This is the ISO i downloaded.



When i'm copying the content of the install cd to "disc images/disc1" and tryes to install from there.. I get this:



The same error code comes when i pushes "retry" So i push "no". Then the next map...


And so on..

I have tryed to install on diffrent HDDs.. All the same..

I have run all HDD and MEM tests i can find. No errors

So.. WHAT THE... Hmm.. Is going on here?

Help?

PS. The game instals with no problems om my laptopp

First thing that comes to mind is, how much free space is there on the hard drive/partition you are trying to install to?
