I have been picking up this weapon quite a bit recently, to try it out, and frankly I am very displeased with it. I can use it, and get kills with it quite a bit, but it just seems to blaze through ammo, and just...seems to lack punch. I dont know if its just the way I hear, as it just sounds wimpy, or if its because it just feels like a toy gun when your shooting it. Mayby it is just me, but it just doesent "feel" right when you pull the trigger...

u just have to get use to its burst. some guns are meant for spraying, and some are good for just direct hits. personally i find myself on killing sprees if i pick up a g36eComment

Hmm I normally use the M16, so I am used to the burst, the E's burst just feels...soft, idk, mayby it is something you have to get used to.Comment

I hate the G36E. Everyone says its so accurate.. and to me it feels very unaccurate.
Sure, the single shot is accurate.. but only to the point where you can see the target clear enough to shoot him.. but even then it takes like 5 shots or something to kill them.
Burst, IMO, everyone says it's so accurate and its a "noob" gun and things like that... To me it's not accurate at all.. it's only good at close-medium range.
If you can make burst guns fire fast like me, you will see it gets very unaccurate, very fast.. so idk.
I'll stick with my L85A1/PKMComment

The L85A1 does more damage in 1 shot then that G36E. We all know that but if you figure out how to do single shot with the L85A1 w/o having to switch rate of fire (just tapping the mouse button). The L85A1 really pwnds at mid to long range.Comment

The G36E is my favorite weapon in the game. Though I'm finding myself using the L85A1 more and more now as well as the stock weapons. RPK-74 is pure ownage support weapon though.Comment

I was getting bored today with all the "n0Ob5" using the G36E all the time. I was using my trusty L85 and my good ol' Remingtion M11-17 to take them down on killing sprees. But when I switched to G36E I was amazed at its lack of power and accuracy and the abundancy of recoil. I was being sniped by PKMs but I couldn't hit them single shot or burst. I just switched back to L85, it's accurate and powerful.Comment

I've picked up the G36E a few times and I've been very impressed with it's single shot accuracy.
The burst fire...not so much. It feels like I'm shooting a super soaker or something.
Oh and yes it hits people like a pee shooter... I have the same complaint about the L85 though....even if it is a bit more powerful.Comment

none of BF2 weapons feel accurate imo, not even snipers, for ex. P90 is a ****ing weird *** gun, sometimes it takes a few shots tio kill someone and sometimes it takes a whole clip, M16 and ak101 feel good tho, I love those two guns, Ive used g36 so much that I hate it nowComment

The G36E is the best medic gun. u have to get used to it. just keep playing with it for a while. i hated it at the start i thought it was crap, but after some practice its amazing seriously. give it a go :)Comment

i wish my g36e worked like the people's that kill me with one burst consistently. in the whole time ive used it, i think ive killed some with full health with one burst like twice. but ive played rounds with say 8 deaths and usually all of em are one burst from the g36e. most, right after im full health. and its usually one on one, not with 5 different people shooting me.Comment
