Either its just a silly bug, or that guy is attempting to pick up that kit, and its "sucking" into him, kind of like I see medpacks do occasionaly

See what had happen was.
The guy saw they were loosing, he went to his base, pack up his stuff and was trying to make a run for it, notice he even took his helmet off, so he can run faster.
