I am fairly new to this game as you can see by my signature and I love the game so far... I just want to know is it worth getting euro force download or the other one fury something (sorry I forgot the name)...
First of all, welcome to the game, I am sure you will have countless hours of fun with it. Secondly, you open the chute with the "9" key, make sure it opens, sometimes you havent been falling long enough to respond...
hah, that is pretty cool, a sig with 39 points. you may want to rebind you parachute to the backspace key in your game controls. its easier to hit while playing.
Hey, looking deeper into his stats, he has 5 caps, no assists, which means he has to be a bold guy, first to the flag, and sticks it out till the cap is complete, no running around like a chicken with its head cut off.... I might look you up and play with yah.
Yeah, I forgot to mention, I have never played Euro force, and have never really wanted to, But when they realease armored fury out in the stores, I will probably pick it up, as it looks interesting.
Dude, seriously. Theres a SEARCH link up there and you will find an answer to 99% of the questions there may arise. TotalBF2 is a place of infinite wisdom, you just have to sort out the bad apples first. Im pretty sure that it will keep you occupied for a long time, and if you really read through the most important stuff, youll definitely decrease the time it takes for you to adjust.
Yeah.. but it sucks major balls when it doesn't open after hitting the parachute key a bajillion times. :cry:
if ur at the right altitude its gonna open right away, if u start hitting it right away it wont open, people try to jump from not so high places and die then they are like "bleeping EA"

^^^ correct. dont hammer your parachute key. when you jump, wait until you see your weapon disappear, then hit the parachute.
Welcome to the forum there are simple answers to your questions :
1- I dont have Euro Force but I dont think it worth to get it
2- I dont have Armored Fury, but I think it looks like pretty nice. You may think about it if you have the money. But first, familiarize yourself with bf2 vanilla.
3- Hit the default "9" key to open chute when falling down from the 'sky' of from a rooftop. I recommand you to change it to "Backspace". Another thing, dont even try to open your parachute when your falling INSIDE the crane, preferably get on the ladder and press S+shift.
For the first two points, it's only my point of view. Dont be afraid to ask more questions but next time, use the search function before.
btw, if you're thinking about it : dont waste your money on bf2142, you'll regret it.
