Problem Installing patch

It said i needed at leat 2090MB on my computer so i go and uninstall 3GB off my computer and i am still getting the same message. what should i do? its 1.41.

Edit: solved my problem something was wrong with my machine and when i would try to uninstall something it would say succesfully uninsttaled but it would still take up disk space.

some of us run partitions, not one big drive so that if we get a virus, it wipes 10% of our storage, not all 200+ GB of it.
