avoiding missles

Ive heard that there is a way of avoiding most if not all of the missles that may be locked onto you without using flares or hacks. This involves the jets only.does anyone know of the menuvier to use to achieve this??? I'm not a private!

I've tried all the views and they do help but I've specifically heard of some menuviers that helps out.?

Do whatever you can to break the lock, usually if you break the lock the opposing aircraft has on you, the missiles will run astray.

Lol.. has nothing to do with the manuevers.. more to do with what jet you're in.

AKA if you're in the J-10, it will be really rare to get shot down by another plane.

If you're in the F-35B... well... good luck.. unless of course you know what you're doing.. but still.

As far as manuevers, the whole idea is to never let them get a lock on you so you won't have to worry about avoiding the missle.. you avoid the lock which = not having to worry about missles. Good move is the Immelman.

Thanks for teh info, I've tried to stay ahead of the fighters but there are just to menuverable. And I have shot down plenty of fighters in the bomber ya just have to be a decent pilot.

i like the "immamens turn" (sorry for spelling :/) i avoid alot of missles that way in the F35B

I find this works when your locked onto by the essex. Go into F11 when he gets a lock onto you, flare if you want to. When you see the missile coming towards you maneuver the jet while still in F11 STRAIGHT towards the ground the missile zooms right by me :)

Dumb? I have evaded 100's of essex missiles by using this technique. I dont think I made myself clear enough.

After he locks onto you fly up to a good height, release flares THEN do the F11 down thing.
