The page wont load but in the address it says EA and 1.41 so I beleve you...

hmmm - thats odd it won't load. what browser are you using?

if you have an ftp program - connect to largedownloads.ea.com anonymously and you can browse to that dir.

Like I said that's where I tried first and again, it failed on EA's side twice at 3/4 completion.

After the second time, I downloaded it flawlessly from filefront, pretty quick too.

There's no connection problem here, trust me. Now this doesn't necessarily mean that EA sucks... but... it might.

Not really, because by your logic, the fact that I downloaded the patch from the FTP seamlessly at max speed throughout means EA is the best company in the world. We all know that's not true :P
