anyone no how to put a signature into your forums??

i dont no how u put a sig into your forums ive seen the bit were it says edit signature but how do u put the sig into there in dosent seen to work when u just copy paste it...and ive tried using photobucket and getting the URL but it dosent seem to work asswell...Anyone know???:hmm:
