Iv'e installed the patch 3 times, Restarted my computer and the patch still won't work, All the servers are still all red, Anyone know what iv'e done wrong?

Uhhh.. well the patch is a full patch. Which means it patches over the original 1.0 BF2.. right?
So if you treated it as an incremental.. which I think you did.. that would be your problem.

No, I uninstalled bf2 completeley and then reinstalled and applied this patch and none of the servers accept like 10 are on this patch. It hasn't been confirmed by EA. I'm going back to 1.4. Pretty lame how noone on these forums or atleast the threads I can see have brought this to attention.Comment

ALL the australian servers, All of internode, all of gamearena and all of icoNZ are all a different version so i can't play them. Does anyone know of an incrimental patch yet? *Curses EA*Comment

Well, I went on thismorning to do my usual wake run and all the servers were red, This was before i installed the patch, and now i log on after installing the patch and nothing comes up, For some reason the patch isn't installing and i don't have my BF2 DvD because i lost it at a lan, Is there anyway to erase my previous patches to 1.0 or am i buggerd?Comment

Have the same probs. I have just got a new HDD. So I installed BF2 from scratch. Then went straight to the 1.41 patch. Worked for a while. But then the servers all vanished one day.
Now the odd thing is. My game now tells me that I am running version 1.1.2963-795.0

The only reason i installed 1.41 so soon was because it appeared that lots of servers and certainly most of my favourites had installed it. With my filter settings in the server browser (ranked, punkbuster, large maps, same mod and version) I normally get 1400 ish servers. Last night it was a lot less so i installed it. Now with 1.41 I'm only getting 137 though.Originally posted by Sir. MatDef
