what map is the best for it?, i got my veteran badge on karkand but it wasnt so easy, therefore i donthave idea for expert

jalalabad or wake use the mounted mg's, if you don't wanna get it using arty.

Any 64/64,32/34 maps will do fine,be commander,sit at TOW and drop artillery on enemies


Same thing works for Exp Air D

Recommended maps are:Karkand for exp GD and Gulf for Exp AD

Went Commander on US side at Karkand the other night with a full 64 player server. Went Engineer to fix me assets if required then put up the uav then jumped on the gun at our uncap.
When the need came I'd drop Arty on their commander and put a bit more on their hot spots. After about 20 minutes I got the Expert badge. Wasn't expecting it but it worked. We won the round and the whole team were very good. I was stoked.

If you go commander + arty, then I like Warlord. Otherwise, the mounted guns on Mashtuur are good. Look out for flanking infantry and enemy snipers.

I'm thinking of using TOW rockets for mine. I'm really thinking dragon valley, 20 players on the 64p map. Just know the TOW locations, and hope you get lucky with 1-2 pretty full APC's. I was sitting in that TOW at the market or whatever last night, with 2 helo pads, and 2 APC's were coming down the road. I put a loooong range shot into the first guy, killed 3 people. The second one kinda backed off in time for me to reload, then he started charging and I hit him for 1 kill. I'm sure if I devoted a whole round, with a little luck the expert wouldn't be too hard.


edit -- You might want to keep a mobile AA vehicle close by, use it as transport. Hop in every minute or so, because you dont want it to blow up. Park it strategically so you can take out enemy choppers. This way you're pretty well protected from ground and air threats (tow for ground, aa for air). Always try to be on the TOW closest to the enemies. The woodyard is another good spot, learn how to hit from long range and those things are deadly. 1 shot kills on APC's...I think 1 shot kills on mobile AA as well (gotta test that). 2 for tanks.

I got my expert air and ground defence in back-to-back rounds. I was the commander on a 64/64 wake island. You have to be on the Chinese team to get the ground defence, because the Chinese airfield is the only place with mounted MGs.

Yeah, I realize that but I didn't know if one of the patches fixed this issue. All of the threads I viewed via SEARCH were from 2006. I just wanted to know if it still worked considering it's 2007 :P
