Preventing team switching is a must to make something like this work.
If only people on the winning side would have their hard earned points counted in stats, we would have some awesome fight to the death matches.

What would be really nice to see happen is to have a 2x bonus on remaining tickets given to everyone on a winning team that was an active member of a squad. Imagine how much team work would be going on if someone could be looking at 450 bonus points just for his team's ability to slaughter the other team. It would definitely make the game more interesting.

Yes but it would probably encourage killing and no flag taking: jihad jeeps, camping, and the like, with no thoughts to teamplay (or taking flags).

I didn't think about that, the doubled points would add alot more effort to the game for alot of people.

Ive always thought it would be a good idea for the winning team to get some kind of bonus. Surely it would encourage more teamwork as a win would give more points than just going point whoring? Ive seen many a round where the top 3 have been on the loosing team.
But as already said they would have to stop team switching all together. Which brings other problems of friends wanting to play together, who cant switch team.
Some things are just a 'no win' situation.

Yea it does seem like there would be a little extra in there somewhere other than just a medal. I've seen several rounds where some guys have purely worked their asses off for their team while the rest are so-so. This very morning I was commanding and only had 1 squad out of 5 following orders and these guys were the only reason we took the round.
