quick frames per second help

ok so i view the fps and theres two numbers in the top left

one of the left, then a slash, and another on the right

which one is fps and what do they both mean?

the one on the left is ur fps

and the one on the right is the amount of time between each frame (meaning nothing usually)

so if u have something like 20.0/55.0 then ur getting a good 20fps

also the game doesnt tell u if u have fps below 15 unless u change a setting

how is that good fps it should be like 90/55.5 not 20 fps ..:p
