Sorry dont know were this would go so move as needed if in wrong area,but how can i password windows so when it starts up i enter my password and i proceeds,i want to password because my mom and sister think my computer if free to use as theirs and it bothers me.thank you.

Control Panel > User Accounts > Select the user and add password,
you can change the login screen aswell so you can either have the nice welcome screen or a popup box, (which when you lock the pc with ctrl+alt+del, you need a password to unlock it again, ie stopping nasty people
)
