IMHO, its easier to no scope kill in CS,

and i also feel VAC2 is better, it takes time.

The SVD Does Shoot Rapid just I wouldnt suggest it because there is lots of recoil and It attracts more attention considering the muzzle flash will be visible for longer.So if you wanna snipe try bolt action or just wait a couple seconds after each shot.

He said the Bolt-action rifles are worse in Karkand than the SVD is.

I wouldnt be so quick to jump the gun to a hacker. I have a frined that used to play DOD and was being called a hacker everyday just because he could control the heavy machine gun. So it could just be someone who has studied the gun alot and has good aim with it.

The more you play with a certain kit the more "acustomed" or whatever you become to the weapons of that kit. I've seen some SVD'ers do some pretty wicked crap. I'll stick with the bolt actions though.
