crash after splash screen
I've just re installed windows xp pro, updates current. Installed bf2 out of the box, installation was confirmed as complete, rebooted and tried to start game as soon as splash srceen ended came the black screen 2 seconds later it shrank to the top left corner of monitor and quit. I'm on second time to install and no joy. Any ideas I looked in the stickey but only found SF crash. Hell I didn't even get that far. I was running bf2 fine before the reformat I would think it should work great on a clean install. my rig should also handle it.
