Problems Seem to pop up out of nowhere

heres another problem added to my endless list. But first i have a question: how do i package my mod so others can download it? (if your going to answer, i would strongly prefer it if you would guide me step by step). Problem 1) when mod is loading, map doesn't appear [image 1]. Problem 2) when mod is done loading and i click join, there is no map whatsoever, therefore i cannot select my spawnpoint to spawn [image 2] PLEASE POST WITH A DETAILED SOLUTION.
